With over 22 years of clinical experience, Tammy has sat on both sides of the exam table. As a patient, she knows how frustrating it can be to feel rushed through, or to be referred to multiple specialists. Such will not be the case at Optimal Health and Wellness. As a practitioner in traditional medical settings, Tammy has often felt that she did not have the time to fully address each patient's health needs. That prompted her to open her practice where the patient's well-being is the top priority. She intends to foster a connection, allowing the opportunity for a partnership on your journey toward health and well-being. You will be seen as a whole person with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs which we will navigate together. Through a blend of functional medicine and complementary practices, it is our goal for healing and optimal health.
