Optimal Health and Wellness is a nurse practitioner-led med spa and wellness clinic in downtown Cumberland, Maryland. We combine medical aesthetics — Botox, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing and laser hair removal — with root-cause medicine: medically supervised weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy and sexual wellness. Every treatment is performed or supervised by Tammy Collette, CRNP, a family nurse practitioner with more than 22 years of clinical experience, certified in obesity medicine through the Obesity Medicine Association and in hormone replacement through BioTE. Patients come to us from across the Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania tri-state area, and we offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.
